Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the FlexWheeler ride-hailing platform, carpooling services, or mobile applications.

Effective Date: October 1, 2026•Version 3.2

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the FlexWheeler mobile application, website, or associated ride-hailing services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Rider”) and FlexWheeler Inc. (“FlexWheeler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Supplementary terms may apply to specific features, such as FlexRewards, Monthly Subscriptions, Women-to-Women Rides, or Bid-Your-Fare features.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use FlexWheeler, you must register for an account and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid phone number, email address, and payment method.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. Minors may only ride when accompanied by an adult account holder.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Identity Verification: FlexWheeler reserves the right to request official ID verification (CNIC/Passport) for specific safety features, including Women-to-Women Rides matching.

3. Services & Carpooling Features

FlexWheeler provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent transportation providers and fellow carpoolers.

Special Features & Terms:

Per-Seat Carpooling: Allows riders to book individual seats (1, 2, or 3 seats) on shared routes. Co-riders agree to adhere to respectful behavior, no smoking, and punctuality at pick-up points.

Women-to-Women Rides: Connects female riders exclusively with CNIC-verified female drivers. Male passengers cannot be booked under a Women-to-Women ride profile.

4. Fares, Bidding & Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, estimated duration, vehicle class, seat count, and traffic conditions. All payments are processed automatically via linked digital wallets, credit cards, or cash (where permitted).

  • Bid Your Own Fare: Riders may submit a custom fare offer for specific routes. Drivers have full discretion to accept, reject, or counter-offer. Once accepted by both parties, the agreed price is locked.
  • Tolls & Surcharges: Applicable highway tolls, airport fees, or parking charges will be added to the final ride total.
  • Promo Codes & FlexPoints: Promo codes and loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to expiration dates.

5. Cancellations & Wait Time Policy

Riders may cancel a trip request without charge within 2 minutes of driver assignment. Cancellations made after this grace period or failure to appear at the pickup location within the allocated wait time may incur a cancellation fee to compensate the driver.

FlexRewards Benefits: Silver, Gold, and Platinum tier members receive complimentary cancellation allowances and extended free waiting times (up to 15 minutes for Gold & Platinum).

6. User Conduct & Safety Rules

FlexWheeler maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, physical violence, or unsafe behavior inside vehicles.

  • Prohibition of hazardous items, illegal substances, and uncontained pets (except service animals).
  • Requirement to wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
  • Respect for driver vehicle property and co-riders in carpooling seats.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexWheeler shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising from the use of the Services.

8. Account Termination

FlexWheeler reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently deactivate any account found in breach of safety standards, fraudulent activities, repeat trip cancellations, or failure to maintain minimum rating thresholds.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the ride takes place. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court litigation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the FlexWheeler platform after notice of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
