• Location Data: Precise GPS coordinates collected from your device while the app is running in the foreground or background during an active trip.
• Communications: In-app chat messages and masked phone calls between riders and drivers.

Your data is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

Location data is essential for the core functionality of FlexWheeler. We track your location to determine pickup points, display driver ETA, navigate destination routes, and allow you to share live trip status with family.

You may disable location permissions in your device settings; however, doing so will prevent you from requesting rides through the app.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share necessary data in the following instances:

• With Drivers: Displaying pickup/dropoff location, rider first name, and rating. Personal phone numbers are masked.
• With Co-Riders (Carpooling): Displaying seat occupancy status and pickup sequence without revealing full contact credentials.
• With Safety Contacts: Sharing real-time ride tracking link when initiated by you via the in-app SOS or share trip feature.
• For Legal Requirements: Responding to valid law enforcement requests or legal court orders.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Payment card details are never stored on FlexWheeler servers and are handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors.

• Account Deletion: You can request permanent account deletion via the app settings.
